xflippy

Terms of service

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms cover your use of xflippy.com, run by EngSiteTools of Perth, Western Australia (“we”, “us”). By using xflippy or subscribing, you agree to them.

What xflippy is

Charts of revenue and expenses for US-listed companies, built from the financial reports they file with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Charts are free. Subscribers also get lists of companies grouped by the year their revenue and expense trends are projected to reach break-even, where revenue equals expenses.

Not financial advice

xflippy is general information only. It isn’t financial product advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and it doesn’t take your circumstances into account. Projected lines and break-even dates are a mathematical extension of past reported figures, and companies’ results can and do change. Do your own research, and speak to a licensed adviser before making investment decisions.

The figures

Figures are shown as companies reported them. Reports can contain errors or be restated later, and our processing can get things wrong. We don’t guarantee that anything on xflippy is complete, accurate or up to date. If you spot an error, email contact@xflippy.com and we’ll look into it.

Subscriptions and billing

Refunds

We don’t refund part-months when you cancel. If something went wrong, for example you were charged by mistake or couldn’t get access, email contact@xflippy.com or contact Link support, and we’ll put it right.

We’ll refund the unused part of your month if:

Where the law gives you a cooling-off period or a right to a refund, you get it.

Using your subscription

If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may suspend or end your access, and we’ll tell you why. If we end your subscription when you haven’t broken them, we’ll refund the unused part of your month.

Availability

We aim to keep xflippy running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or improve features. If we remove or significantly reduce a feature subscribers pay for, we’ll give notice and offer a refund as described under “Changes to these terms and to xflippy” below.

Ownership

xflippy’s design, code, charts and subscriber lists belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to xflippy and screenshots of individual charts, as long as you credit xflippy. That permission doesn’t cover the subscriber lists. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify each company. Companies’ filings are public records.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using xflippy or relying on its information, including investment losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have that can’t be excluded by law, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms and to xflippy

We may update these terms, and we’ll post the new version here with a new date.

If we make a significant change to these terms, or remove or significantly reduce a feature subscribers pay for, we’ll email subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel before then and we’ll refund the unused part of your month.

Other changes, such as clarifications, apply once they’re posted. If you keep using xflippy after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
